If FedEx has not arrived during scheduled pick-up window, then please let the Legacy Team know ASAP by emailing clientservices@givelegacy.com. They will follow up with FedEx on your behalf.

In the meantime, as it is time-sensitive, you can drop off your kit at a nearby FedEx Dropbox.

In either case, please pay careful attention to their Express "Latest Drop-Offs" Time, which would be 6pm Mon-Fri in this screenshot:
